Your holiday villa provides
In compliance with the historic style of architecture, there are several entrances downstairs and on the middle floor, and everywhere exits to balconies or terraces from where steps lead to other parts of the outer facilities.
The ceilings of the 3-storey building again are in absolute proper style. Strong rafters and joists, double overcross planks, the same for the roofs but with tiles on top.

The wall connections of course are from modern PU foam - well hidden, without saying. This solicitude in building execution pays mainly in wintertime.

The house is tight, the central heating has no trouble even with strong winds. A comparable dwelling atmosphere just can't be made of concrete or bricks.
That the swimmingpool also consists from natural stone is more a question of style - but it has underwater illumination.
The flower-beds are framed by natural stone (of course), the small inner yards have natural stone floors and are decorated with amphoras used as flowerpots.

Only the barbecue in the southern garden is not of stone. Sunbeds and umbrellas are hold ready there and by the pool.
